BrightSpark Innovations developed an online portal and mobile app to help The Key Clinic streamline their processes, while providing better services to clients. The online portal was developed to allow patients to register for services, access online tools, book appointments, complete questionnaires (for assessment), and access their reports.
Staff could use the same portal to log patient information, write reports, complete audiograms, and see test results, as well as managing patients and appointments, managing staff members, and billing.
A mobile app was also provided to patients, to access Audio Therapy and Training Videos to help with their treatment. The mobile app would be provided after initial assessment to patients, and the content can be customised to the needs of each patient.
